The International Shintaido Project (ISP) members will have the opportunity to vote on seven proposals and the election of Board members as announced in an ISP e-mail. ISP members are encouraged to read the documents associated with each of the proposals as well as the Board candidate introductions.
Important dates to remember:
February 7 – deadline « to ask for any clarification or make any suggestion about any of the points on the agenda, and the documents we are submitting to you »
February 21 – « final documents submitted to vote will be sent »
February 22-28 – voting via electionbuddy.com
