The SOA board of directors is announcing the availability of five (5) partial scholarships to support attendance at the January 19-21, 2019 Kangeiko that will be held in the San Francisco Bay Area featuring Master Instructor Masashi Minagawa as Guest Instructor. An applicant must be a SOA member. Each scholarship is for $200. The application deadline is November 1, 2018. Recipients will be notified by December 4, 2018 by email. The partial scholarship will be paid to recipients upon arrival at Kangeiko.
